Rental terms & conditions :

It is (limited) possible to purchase additional drinks at your event when the agreed number of drinks has been reached. The same rate per item applies to these additional drinks as for the purchased drinks per item in the quotation.

The safety of the personnel must be guaranteed.

Any damage to our materials, which is not caused by the staff, will be charged to the tenant. This in reasonableness and in proportion to the damage.

JaArts is not liable for any form of damage caused to the location or assigned work space.

Any missing glassware and/or porcelain tableware will be charged to the tenant.

The renter must provide sufficient parking space for the JaArts van and/truck/ car. Parking costs are charged to the renter if the parking is not available at the venue.

The tenant must provide sufficient working space and 2 free power points and groups of 3.5kw, 230v. These points must be present within 5 meters of the bar (unless otherwise agreed in writing/verbal). 

If you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the rental period, the full total amount will be refunded to the tenant.

If you cancel less than 2 months before the start of the rental period, 25% of the agreed total amount must be paid.

If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid.

If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of the rental period, the full total amount must be paid.

If you cancel an event where we are present on a sales basis, less than 1 month before the start, we will charge €250 excluding VAT in cancellation costs. 

If you cancel an event where we are present on a sales basis, less than 2 weeks before the start, we will charge €500 excluding VAT in cancellacioncosts.

When moving an agreed assignment to another date, JaArts may index and/or change its rates prior to the new date of the event. When moving the assignment according to the applicable conditions, the customer has a credit on JaArts for the value of the paid and agreed amount. However, JaArts will charge its customer on the new date with the rates applicable at that time.

Changing an already approved quote in the form of fewer drinks, hours and/or materials is possible between 2 months and 3 weeks before the start of the event. A maximum of 20% of the quote amount applies. Less than 2 weeks before the event this is no longer possible. 

In the event of non-payment by the client, collection costs will be borne by the client.

If it should appear that the behaviour of the guests puts the staff and/or the material of JaArts at risk, and the tenant fails to improve the situation despite reports from the employees, JaArts may decide to consider the rental period as terminated. Refund of the rental fee is then excluded. Any damage/injury to the employee and/or equipment will be recovered from the tenant.

If fewer drinks are consumed at your event than are included in the quote, the agreed amount in the quote must be paid. Remaining products remain the property of JaArts or otherwise agreed on contract.

Matcha packages are invoiced per 150 drinks. 

Printing errors, typographical errors and price changes reserved.

The contractor shall ensure a free, level route to the destination. NB. The bar cannot be lifted and can only be lifted by elevator. The contractor can, in consultation, provide a bar that can be lifted.

The dismantling time is included in the price, provided that the dismantling can take place unhindered and immediately after the operational hours. If we have to wait, there will be extra charges.

Unfortunately, annoying traffic situations / traffic jams / car breakdowns are unavoidable “powerlessness”. JaArts cannot be held liable for this.

If the number of drinks purchased cannot be made due to force majeure, this will not affect the price.

If payment is not made after the payment term of our invoices and reminders has expired, JaArts is authorized to charge administration costs.

If a provision of these rental conditions proves to be null and void or is annulled, this will not affect the validity of the rental agreement. The parties will enter into consultation to agree on a new provision to replace the null and void or annulled provision, whereby the purpose and scope of the null and void or annulled provision will be taken into account as much as possible.

The tenant can no longer invoke a defect in the performance if he has not protested to the landlord within 2 days after he discovered the defect or should reasonably have discovered it. If there is a visible defect upon delivery, a period of 2 hours applies.

If a complaint is not reported to the lessor within the periods stated in the previous paragraphs, the product is deemed to comply with the agreement and to function in accordance with the agreement.

Complaints do not suspend the tenant’s payment obligation.

1. General These Product Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of products sold by JaArts. By purchasing from JaArts, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by JaArts.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or at the point of sale.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

• JaArts reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Customers are responsible for any additional local taxes, duties, or fees applicable to their order.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery options and timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

• Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided.

• For pickup orders, customers must collect their order within the agreed timeframe.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the return is approved.

• Perishable goods, customized items, and opened products are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Product Quality and Liability

• JaArts ensures that products meet quality standards before sale.

• Customers must store and use products as per provided guidelines.

• JaArts is not liable for damages caused by improper storage, use, or handling of products.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched or prepared for pickup.

• JaArts reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

• All branding, packaging, and product designs remain the property of JaArts.

• Customers may not use JaArts branding for commercial purposes without prior consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact JaArts customer support for resolution.

• Any legal disputes will be governed by Dutch law and handled in the courts of Amsterdam.
